What is the communication range from smart button to gateway?
We test in our factory, for open-air, the communication between the smart button and gateway is about 100m. When in actual using environment, there are walls, blocks between, the communication range is shortened because the signal is weakened by the blocks. It depends on whether your walls are wooden or concrete, this is a big difference for the wireless range.
Also, the internet signal strength affects the wireless range. Make sure the internet signal is good to keep a stable performance of the smart device.
